A COUNCIL has come under fire for ignoring dozens of potholes in a busy dual carriageway while repairing nearly 200 craters in one of its lay-bys. Baffled drivers reported the “bizarre” anomaly after suffering years of car damage on the A15 in Lincolnshire.
