DRIVERS are being urged to refuel their car ahead of Saturday when fuel prices for petrol and diesel vehicles are set to increase. Motorists could be penalised at the pumps by higher fuel costs due to the cost of oil barrels rising and concern over missile strikes between US and Russia.
